Integration and Deployment Services Breakdown

Project Management - Plan and schedule a strategic deployment along with the checks and balances of IT equipment as well as any additional healthcare / non-healthcare devices being integrated to Workstation on Wheels. Goal is not to impact patient care or peak performance times.

Arrival of Workstation on Wheels - Workstations arrive on Dock through shipper at which time all assets inspected for possible damages.

Designated Area - Workstation on Wheels are taken to a designated storage / Staging / Implementation location for configuration.

Integration - Technician will configure new workstation on wheels with either older or newer devices that are provided by facility.

Testing Setup - Workstation on Wheels are tested and ensured everything is working well and no issues are present.

Deployment - Workstation on Wheels are then deployed to the end users. If new workstation on wheels are replacing older devices, then older devices will be brought back to Storage / Staging / Implementation location for either asset relocation or asset decommissioning.

Inventory Control - During the process, asset information is captured and logged for asset management.

Rounding - Technician will round the hospital floors or facility speaking to staff and ensuring everything is working well with no issues being seen.

Out of warranty Repairs - Complete Workstation On Wheels (Cart) repair breaking down of the unit to the faulty part and necessary repairs needed to ensure Workstation On Wheels is in its best form for Joint Commission and Infection Control Compliance.

Electrical Safety Check - While Technician evaluates the Workstation On Wheels, they will conduct electrical checks to ensure the device is safe for use and no short circuits are present.

Floor Rounding - Technician complete’s department rounding to show staff a proactive approach in keeping the Workstation On Wheels running 24x7 and identifying workstations currently not running.

Workstation Cleaning - Workstation on Wheels cleaning can also be conducted during rounding of floors to ensure workstations are routinely sanitized.

Rounding Log - Technician can provide a rounding log which will include detail information of what has been conducted during the visit.

Verifying that the Computer, Monitor, Badge-tap, Med Scanner, Document scanner, E-Sig Pad, POS device, Keyboard and mouse are all functioning.

Break-Fix Repair - Often IT departments have spare Break-Fix units that are used for quick repair. Our technician has the ability to switch the devices on the floor with the original repaired unit and place the original break-fix back in IT Inventory.

Inventory Control - Often IT Departments have a depot of spare parts on hand. Our technician has the ability to provide a list of items needing to be replenished with inventory if used. Keeping inventory balanced and repairs immediately addressed.

Technician Analytic - Technician has the ability to provide repair over purchase analytics. Meaning Technician can provide data regarding cost of repair (out of warranty) vs a new workstation with warranty. Giving the facility the best financial outcome.
